we are doing something wrong with this play. i dont know if it is timing or something else.
details on play side tackle please and qb.
what do you think about the slot blocking the CB, the WR cracking on the PK and the OT heading upfield for the safety?

Take a look at the play of the day & the Diagram.
You can vary the perimeter blocking just like the option. Just cheat the SEs split to crack.
The Playside OT is "Show Pass & Go" FLAT down the LOS & block anyone who shows. If we crack with the SE - the OT would kick out the corner.
If you arc with the slot - the OT must loop on the LB.

Coach what are your coaching points on the triple screen? Who is the QB reading to determine whether he throws the perimeter bubble to the RB or the jailbreak to the WR?

Coach

The QB reads the EMOL & throws to the TB EVERYTIME unless the EMOL covers the Flare - then the jailbreak. If the CB runs with the X rec. QB throws backside flare.
